wine is of a known quality that's tasted by a buyer before the acquisition . Brokers that sell wines without a home never take possession of the wine, but still have licensing requirement from the Tax and Trade Bureau of the Department of the Treasury. Point being, bulk wine may be a high-quality wine that features a pedigree-it features a known producer, known quality, historic characteristics and is definitely sampled/tasted by the customer .Now you would like to understand how this bulk wine impacts you as a consumer. Let's assume you attend a restaurant or a friend's home and you experience a wine you absolutely love, you head home and check out to seek out the winery that produced the wine so you'll pip out online or even you would like to schedule a visit. To your surprise, you can't find the winery. The wine you're excited about may have come from an accomplished winemaker who bought bulk wines from which he blended/bottled/labeled that new favorite wine you only discovered
